At Maeve Society, every reservation is thoughtfully reserved to provide an intimate, one-on-one experience.
These policies ensure each guest receives the attention and care they deserve while allowing the studio to operate smoothly and respectfully.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Reservations may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed reservations, will result in a forfeited deposit.

Because reservations are reserved exclusively for one guest at a time, advance notice allows the opportunity to offer your spot to another guest on the waitlist.

Late Arrivals

Out of respect for the next scheduled guest, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
If time allows, the service may be modified to fit the remaining reservation window while maintaining quality standards.

Adjustments & Revisions

Your satisfaction is essential.
If an adjustment is needed, please reach out within seven days of your reservation. Adjustments are offered at the discretion of your stylist and must align with the original agreed-upon service.

Guests & Environment

Maeve Society was created as an intimate, relaxing space.
To maintain this environment, additional guests—including children or friends—are not permitted during the reservation unless approved in advance.

Payments

Maeve Society accepts all major credit cards and cash.
Balances are due at the completion of your service.

Maintenance & Home Care

Luxury extensions and color require consistent, professional maintenance.
Guests receive personalized recommendations for at-home care, product use, and follow-up reservations to ensure the longevity and integrity of their investment.
